Our Company has two automatic painting machinery systems for different type of parts, providing the most advanced solutions in the field of metalwork (through the painting of buckets, arms, booms, frames, connecting rods, tanks and coachwork).
The liquid painting system allows to paint items having large dimensions up to 7 mt x 4 mt x 4 mt. The parts pass through a long closed rail ring on 7 racks with a maximum capacity of 5.000 kg each. They are driven through the following stations:

The powder painting system instead is used for items having limited sizes with the maximum dimensions up to 1,2 mt x 1,6 mt x 5 mt.
The powder coat is applied by exploiting the electrical difference between the components and the metallic paint.
The components are driven on to a long closed rail ring on 11 racks with a maximum capacity of 500 kg each. They are driven through the following stations:

The paint shop has 10 working stations for the final assembly of all items.
